Our Professional Sealcoating Process
We don’t cut corners with watered-down sealers or quick spray-overs. Our multi-step application ensures maximum adhesion and durability:
Surface Inspection & Preparation: Clean surfaces are essential for sealer adhesion.
We clear all dirt, debris, leaves, and weeds using high-powered air blowers, wire brushes, and pressure washing where necessary.
Oil Spot Treatment & Priming: Preventing chemical bleed-through.
Any petroleum or oil stains are treated with a specialized chemical primer to prevent the oil from seeping through the new sealer coat.
Hot-Rubberized Crack Repair: Sealing open joints before coating.
Cracks wider than 1/4 inch are filled with commercial hot-pour rubberized crack sealant to stop water intrusion into the subbase.
Precision Sealer Application: Hand squeegee or high-pressure spray depending on site needs.
We apply premium, coal-tar-free commercial sealants reinforced with silica sand for added traction and enhanced wear resistance.
Curing & Site Re-Entry: Allowing proper set time.
We barricade the workspace with warning tape. The surface requires 24 to 48 hours of cure time before foot or vehicular traffic resumes.
